Watching her facilitate those meetings is something special… a masterclass in what inclusive leadership actually looks like.

The approach

Less hype. A plan you can lead.

Most teams don't need another tool or another headline. They need someone who can cut through the noise, understand their actual business, and build a path that fits — the foundations, the guardrails, and the skills to move.

That's the work: advisory that shapes the strategy, training that gives leaders confidence, and workshops that turn awareness into everyday capability. Practical, honest, and refreshingly free of jargon.

01 · Advisory

AI Advisory for AI Leaders

For AI practice leads, Heads of AI & executives owning the mandate

A strategic partner for the people already carrying the AI mandate. Together we build the foundations that make AI real and defensible — strategy, policy, and the operating model to run it — so you're not figuring it out alone.

  • AI strategy & roadmap tied to real business goals
  • Responsible-use & governance policy
  • Team structure & operating model
  • Tooling and build-vs-buy guidance
  • Ongoing advisory, on call as things move
A clear, defensible plan — and a leader who isn't carrying it alone.
02 · Training

Executive AI Training

For the C-suite, boards & senior leadership teams

Private sessions that help leadership teams make confident AI decisions — without becoming engineers. We cover what the technology can and can't do, where the real risk and opportunity sit, and how to lead the change with a steady hand.

  • Executive & board briefings
  • AI literacy for decision-makers
  • Risk, policy & responsible use
  • Scenario planning & prioritization
  • Tailored to your industry and stakes
Leaders who speak the language, ask sharper questions, and set direction with confidence.
03 · Workshops

Hands-On Workshops

For people leaders, L&D teams & whole departments

Hands-on, role-relevant workshops that move people from "I've heard of AI" to "I use it every day." Built around how your people actually work, so the skills stick long after the session ends.

  • Hands-on, role-based labs
  • Prompting & workflow building
  • Custom curriculum for your team
  • A clear path from literacy to capability
  • Take-home resources & follow-up
A team that's genuinely capable — not just aware.
How we work

From question mark to momentum.

01

Listen

We start with your organization, your goals, and where AI actually fits — no template, no assumptions.

02

Map

A clear plan: priorities, guardrails, and the quick wins that build belief.

03

Enable

Advisory, training, or workshops that build real capability where it counts.

04

Sustain

Momentum and habits that outlast the engagement — so progress keeps compounding.

Good questions

Before you reach out.

What's the difference between advisory and training?

Advisory shapes the strategy and foundations — what to do and why. Training and workshops build the skills to execute it. Most engagements combine both, and we'll figure out the right mix in the first conversation.

Who do you work with?

Organizations of every size — from leadership teams standing up their first AI initiative to internal AI leads scaling what already works. If AI is on your plate and the path isn't clear, that's the work.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Both. I'm based in Fort Wayne, Indiana and work with teams across the country and internationally — on-site for workshops and leadership sessions, remote for ongoing advisory.

How do we get started?

A short, no-pressure conversation. We'll talk through your goals, where you're stuck, and whether — and how — I can help. No decks, no hard sell.

Not sure which fits? That's what a first conversation is for.
