Investment
Fees do not include travel, accommodations, ground transportation, parking, or other incidentals, which are the responsibility of the hosting organization.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due no later than two weeks prior to the event.
Media Release
Permission for internal use of event recordings and photos is included. External or promotional use requires a separate licensing agreement. Angie kindly requests access to any photos, video, or media captured during the event in which she appears and reserves the right to bring her own photographer or videographer.
